After much planning and planning, this is my lab. In this lab, I played the role of the head cook. Have a look at the pictures..I'm sure it looks simple to you, but I must say, loads of effort are placed into it!!

This is an overall layout of the table. The table cloth was bought by me with the help of my mum at the woodlands old central. Its really hard to find such a big piece of cloth! Look at the nice heart shapes we hanged? Hehe, there's actually another side which we hanged the postcards for the students and lecturers to give feedback.=) Look at the sides of the tablecloth..tied by me..nice?Hehe...

A table filled with nice napkins stand.Red for ladies, black for men.(Thanx to Liwen) Golden cupid cards on each plate with names written. (Thanx to Alycia) Mirror beneath the flowers to show more space on the table, reflection increases the mood and ambience of elegance in this normal lab. Chocolate fondue and marshmallows should never be forgotten during valentine's dae. Candles further lifts the mood and ambience, afterall, "love is in the air"!

Saw that? A little boy and a girl kissing with sachet bags all over. Sachet bags were handmade by me, Wei long and Benjamin. I spent the previous night sewing some of the lecturers names on the cloth and wrapped with some potpourri.=)

We must not forget our leads of the day! Appetizer: Crispy mushroom parcel.

Soup: Dutch country cheese soup.

Main dish: Cajun spiced dory fish, side dish: Spicy caribean kebabs.

Carbohydrate dish: Ham and mushroom quiche.

Dessert: Millefeuille.
Nice? Not nice also no choice! Its all over..well..those were the fruits of my labour...sweat and hard work! Its hard managing people, its difficult to work as a team..but i still did. I finally graduated from foodservice management class TA04 '07! HAppy valenTine's Day! =)
